Fish graduated from Waseda University and began her career at Sinyi Realty, where she developed a strong foundation in relationship-oriented real estate service and client communication.
She also spent five years working at the family office of a well-known Taiwanese enterprise, where she gained experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with various aspects of property ownership, asset management, and long-term decision-making. Through this experience, she came to understand that the concerns surrounding real estate often continue well beyond the transaction itself.
After years of working with overseas clients and observing the emotional and practical challenges of navigating real estate in Japan, she founded Fish Realty in Tokyo with the intention of creating a more personal, thoughtful, and long-term approach to support.
She believes that behind every transaction is a person making an important life decision. For this reason, she values sincerity, careful communication, and creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, respected, and well supported throughout the process.
