FISH REALTY (FISH Co., Ltd.) is pleased to announce the official opening of its office in Ginza, Tokyo. To mark the occasion, we hosted an all-day opening tea reception on October 25, 2025, welcoming clients, partners, and friends who have supported us along the way to share in this important milestone. On the day, FISH REALTY representative Hsieh Hsiang-Ling greeted guests in a traditional Japanese kimono. Attendees came from a wide range of fields, including real estate, fund investment, judicial scriveners, architectural design, and corporate management, and included investors and corporate representatives from both Taiwan and Japan.
In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, everyone caught up, looked back on FISH REALTY’s growth over the past four years, and shared their expectations and ideas for the future. During the event, guests viewed photos and memories from FISH REALTY’s founding to the present, and shared their vision for the company’s future through a small game.
One of the questions was:
“What kind of company does FISH REALTY want to become in the future?”
- A company with 100 employees
- A company with annual revenue of 10 billion
- A publicly listed company
- A company that moves clients
We thought it would be an easy question, but surprisingly few people answered correctly.
Perhaps in many people’s eyes, a company’s success is often equated with scale, revenue, or going public. However, for FISH REALTY, the answer is the fourth option:
A company that moves clients.
Rather than pursuing scale, we place greater importance on trust, service, and long-term relationships. We aim to be a company that clients want to work with again—and feel confident recommending to family and friends.
Another question also left many guests thinking hard:
“What capability and mindset does the FISH REALTY representative value most at work?”
- A sense of responsibility
- Drive to improve
- Desire to perform
- A sense of achievement
As for the answer to this question, we will keep it a secret for now.
We hope that through future interactions with FISH REALTY, everyone will gradually come to understand and discover it—leaving a small “Easter egg” for those who will build a relationship with us going forward. The event also showcased FISH REALTY’s brand philosophy: With Care, in Every Moment.
