Business Assistant – Operations & Marketing Support

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and organized team member to support branding, marketing, and daily operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, social media, and creating content that reflects the atmosphere and lifestyle behind Tokyo real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support social media and marketing operations
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create visual and lifestyle-oriented property content
• Support website updates and branding-related tasks
• Assist with photography and content organization
• Support general operational and creative tasks within the company

Requirements

• Basic filming and video editing skills
• Interest in branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or similar platforms
• Strong sense of design, lifestyle, and visual presentation
• Japanese communication ability (JLPT N2 or above) and Chinese language ability required
• English language ability welcomed

Salary

• Starting from ¥280,000 / month
• Probation period salary: ¥250,000 / month
• Probation period length and employment type may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability
